Don't do drugs and alcohol

This is a follow up on WWE Superstar Eddie Guerrero's passing. Even though he had been clean for years, the past sort of caught up with him- he passed away due to heart failure brought on by past drug and alcohol abuse.

You can read more of his widow Vicki Guerrero's comment here.

Last night on Astro Channel 80, there was an beautiful Raw tribute show for Eddie. Batista talked about sharing his problems with Eddie, and how Eddie encouraged him with Bible verses. Rey Mysterio spoke of the closeness of their families. Stephanie McMahon remembered her first meeting with him and noticed how humble he was while Shawn Michaels talked about their common faith as born again christians. It was definitely a very emotionally-charged Raw, a night where tough-looking wrestlers wept openly for a dear friend.

If you are interested, I think you can catch the repeat tonight or Sat- please check your guide. Otherwise, there will be a Smackdown! tribute too but it will only be aired on TV3 on a later date.

Like it or not, there's a price to pay for doing drugs, alcohol... even smoking. Life is too short to abuse it. If you love your family and cherish your life, please stay as far as possible away from them. Not to forget, regular exercise and sensible eating will help you live longer too.
