Spotted at Nike Tribes Challenge

Last Saturday was the final of the Nike Tribes Challenge at Fitness First Menara Axis and my gf and I were there to be part of the fun. As we were walking to the locker room(I had wanted to bomb the toilet) I was overjoyed to see him.


Budin is back!

Budin was my inspiration to become a BodyCombat/BodyPump instructor. When I first joined FF in Penang, he was my favourite instructor. Very friendly and helpful with the members, it was always to pleasant experience attending his classes.

Now he's back from his Masters studies in Australia, I'm looking forward to opportunities to teach with him!
