Naik lagi...

Most of you, like me, probably woke up to discover that the price of petrol has gone up again.

What can we do? Can't really complain much since the price of petrol is still subsidised. Of course people will still lament the price hike, that's natural, but I really beh tahan when I read this:

Engineer consultant Simon Chong said it would be a huge burden to all consumers.

Now I need to pay RM2.15 for every litre of V-Power fuel,” he said, adding that he was alerted by his friends about the increase yesterday.

Oi, uncle... you know or not got regular RON 97 petrol? People worry about the regular stuff, you wanna complain about premium petrol?

I think I need more classes...*sigh*... sometimes I envy people like Jon Tan, a PT and fellow RPM instructor who cycles to work.

Saturday night's alright for eating

...................................................................................................................
This is a community service:
If you are taking an international flight, please check in 2 hours before the time of departure. Just so you know.

....................................................................................................................

Saturday, fatboy invited a couple of us to his place for dinner. It was sort of in honour of Jacq who was here for the instructors' quarterly workshops.

gf & I were the first to arrive since the other instructors were busy practising a demo for some visitor from the UK. Also invited were 2 members- yhsmom, lionheart & wife.

As usual, fatboy served crackers and cheese as snacks. Fortunately there wasn't a boycott of Danish products.

The dinner table was set up properly. I know the picture looks weird but I'm too lazy to re-edit the pic. Just turn you head sideway.

Since Jacq didn't get to eat Kajang Satays before she left last time, I suggested to bring them for her.

Didn't take pictures after that because I reckon fatboy's going to take pictures anyway. So for a summary of what happened(with pics), head there.

The one pic that he didn't post there...

He took pictures of FCI with his children... and he has the audacity to send it to me! The moment I saw that, thoughts were going through my head... Is he sending me a cryptic message? Here we have FCI, FSI and alleged FPI... he only took pictures with FCI and not the rest. So tell me.. who does he love more?

With that, here's my final karaoke blogging:

You Don't Love Me Anymore

We've been together for so very long
But now things are changing, oh I wonder what's wrong?
Seems you don't want me around
The passion is gone and the flame's died down

I guess I lost a little bit of self-esteem
That time that you made it with the whole hockey team
You used to think I was nice
Now you tell all your friends that I'm the Antichrist

Oh, why did you disconnect the breaks in my car?
That kind of thing is hard to ignore
Got a funny feeling you don't love me anymore

I knew that we were having problems when
You put those piranhas in my bathtub again
You're still the light of my life
Oh darling, I'm beggin', won't you put down that knife?

You know, I even think it's kinda cute the way
You poison my coffee just a little each day
I still remember the way that you laughed
When you pushed me down that elevator shaft

Oh, if you don't mind me asking, what's this poisonous cobra
Doing in my underwear drawer?
Sometime I get to thinking you don't love me any more

You slammed my face down on the barbecue grill
Now my scars are all healing, but my heart never will
You set my house on fire
You pulled out my chest hairs with an old pair of pliers

Oh, you think that I'm ugly and you say that I'm cheap
You shaved off my eyebrows while I was asleep
You drilled a hole in my head
Then you dumped me in a drainage ditch and left me for dead

Oh, you know this really isn't like you at all
You never acted this way before
Honey, something tells me you don't love me any more, oh no no
Got a funny feeling you don't love me anymore

Top of the World

Such a feelin's comin' over me
There is wonder in most everything I see
Not a cloud in the sky
Got the sun in my eyes
And I won't be surprised if it's a dream

Everything I want the world to be
Is now coming true especially for me
And the reason is clear
It's because you are here
You're the nearest thing to heaven that I've seen

I'm on the top of the world lookin' down on creation
And the only explanation I can find
Is the love that I've found ever since you've been around
Your love's put me at the top of the world

Something in the wind has learned my name
And it's tellin' me that things are not the same
In the leaves on the trees and the touch of the breeze
There's a pleasin' sense of happiness for me

There is only one wish on my mind
When this day is through I hope that I will find
That tomorrow will be just the same for you and me
All I need will be mine if you are here

I'm on the top of the world lookin' down on creation
And the only explanation I can find
Is the love that I've found ever since you've been around
Your love's put me at the top of the world

The hunt for Joe Wong

Usually I don't talk much about personal trainers since it's total different thing from group exercise. But since pleasing people is what I try to do, I decided to do scorkes' request by getting a picture of her PT Joe Wong. Say what you like about PTs, I do believe in them, just that I don't have the $$$ to get one. PTs help you to achieve specific targets while GX could only give you a general overall well-being.

Yesterday I was at FF Wisma Consplant Subang Jaya for my RPM® and BODYCOMBAT® classes. Halfway cycling, I noticed that he was outside observing the class(he teaches RPM® as well)- couldn't just get off the bike and grab my camera phone. OK, will wait till class is over then.

Class over, I was going out to grab a snack and I was hoping I could snap him.

Great. No sign of him.

After I came back from my snack, I finally saw him but he was with a client/member/customer/"whatever-you-call-it".

Aiyo, how to take picture laidat? Nevermind lah, at least I can show scorkes I tried. BODYCOMBAT® was starting soon, so I didn't linger on.

One thing I notice is I always feel tired doing this BODYCOMBAT® slot- maybe getting a 1-hour-break before the next class is not a good idea for me. Anyhow, I finished my class and got out of the studio and guess who was outside talking to a member?

Now if there's really a person who personifies "YUMMY", it would be Joe. So there you have it, scorkes, the trouble I go through for the picture. In case one is not enough:

You're welcome:)

Wonder Woman Returns!

Maybe not that one but this one.

Never knew someone so passionate about seeing squatting loo- I can almost imagine her standing there with teary eyes singing "Negaraku".

Anyway, she invited me to join them(with a few GXCs) for dinner and since I couldn't shouldn't eat seafood, they decided to dine at Thai Express at the Curve.

Jacq reached home yesterday evening for this weekend's workshop and she's staying at...

Alright... she's around town and you'll see her at the workshop in FF The Curve. The GXCs were doing some demo in KL yesterday night and only Crystal, leng lui,Lynn and Cindy could make it. Lynn stayed briefly while the rest ordered something to eat.

The restaurant usually closes at 10pm and we only left at 10.30pm. Then we went to Jacq's hotel room for more food/gossip. I was a bit scared of the fact that I was the only guy but they all assured me that I would be safe.

Tempting, ladies... but I'm in a serious relationship already, OK?

Jokes aside, we had finger food and just talked and laughed till it was 11pm. Man, wish I don't have to wake up early for work.. Arrgghh!!!!

Happy Birthday!

Yesterday was gf's birthday and being such a good boy, we celebrated at Secret Recipe after class.

She got a gift from two friends who are currently my colleagues. My gift for her is the one of the left.

That's the Chocolate Banaa cake, one of our favourite cakes- we're both suckers for CHOCOLATE stuff *hint* *hint* fatboy

In case you couldn't tell from the first pic what I gave her...

Rumours have been going round that she's joining a kick-boxing class... or maybe not. Oh, for dinner/supper, I ordered spaghetti with meatballs(I REALLY LOVED IT!) and she had Chicken Cordon Bleu... forgot to take pics of them.

on another note, we really can't be too careful these days.

Remember to look before you walk in ya...

I'm still waiting

Time goes by so slowly
Time goes by so slowly
Time goes by so slowly
Time goes by so slowly
Time goes by so slowly
Time goes by so slowly

Every little thing that you say or do
I'm hung up
I'm hung up on you
Waiting for your call baby night and day
I'm fed up
I'm tired of waiting on you
(from "Hung Up" by Madonna)

Hurry up, please?

Hot Monday

No, not the weather but the class. Apparently someone forgot to switch on the air con of the cycling studio in FF Menara Summit and we ended up having a sauna RPM®. I switched on the fans but they were blowing at the members and not at the stage. It also didn't help that I just finished a tough BODYPUMP® before that. My body was heating up like never before by track 2 and I just managed to push through the next few tracks. Right about after the Interval track, I was in dire need of a recovery. Fortunately, Ping was shadowing me(just to practise) so I asked her to cover the 6th track. Halfway through the air-con finally came but it's one of those "too-late" moments. Anyhow, I continued with the remaining tracks. Definitely the hottest class- one member could even write on the glass "H-E-L-P"...

Speaking of hot classes, the response for the Les Mills quarterly workshop has been overwhelmingly good this time... so much so that they have to organize double BODYPUMP® & RPM® Masterclasses this time round. Friday the first class will be conducted by Wes and Andrew(S'pore) while the 2nd by Tracy & Eric Chin. I was thinking of going for the earlier class but Jacq had "seduced" me into joining the BODYSTEP® Masterclass which is at the same time. BODYSTEP® then RPM®!

If anyone is expecting me to make a mess in BODYSTEP®, just so you know... I was attending BODYSTEP® long before I picked up RPM®, even to the point of considering teaching it. I could be rusty now but I think I should do fine.

Yesterday after I ate at Vietnam Kitchen, the 2nd time in as many weeks.

in 1UHad the same thing twice- Lemongrass Chicken.

Last week, I was there for work. This time was with OCD to meet up with my relatives from Sydney.

Dunno what food this is called... it's like DIY poh piah.

Couldn't stay long because of my restricted 1-hour lunch break...

Makan- makan!

Totally forgot mention that 2 Saturdays ago gf and I were invited to join Terence and a couple of gym mates to dine at Sri Hartamas Qing Palace.

Here's Wani and Clarah, the 2 woofers of Summit USJ.

Yee Sang!

Eat, eat, eat...

All pictures were taken by Terence... dunno why he didn't send me any pic of him and gf.

Last Friday, the GX team gathered in Sri Hartamas too for Grace's birthday.

That's Grace cutting the cake.

Jackson taking a bite.

Riyo and Kat with the main course: either (a) San Har Yee Mee of (b)Fish N Chips.

Anthony Warlow

People on this side of the planet probably have not heard of Anthony Warlow, but he's one of the best Australia has ever produced in the opera and musical theatre scene. The first time I heard him sing was when there was ad on TV promoting his then new release "The Best of Act One", a compilation of songs from the musicals he's done. Eventually I bought the CD and it's a great buy. I love most of the songs, especially the opening number "This is the Moment", a cover of a song from 1997 Jekyll & Hyde - The Musical.

This is the moment
This is the day
This is the moment when I know I'm on my way
Every endeavour
I have made ever
Is coming into play
Is here and now today

This is the moment
This is the time
When the momentum
And the moment are in rhyme
Give me this moment
This momentous moment
I'll gather up my past
And make some sense at last

This is the moment
When all I've done
All of the dreaming
Scheming and screaming
Becomes one
This is the day
Just see it shine
When all I've lived for
Becomes mine

This is the moment
This is the hour
When I can open up tomorrow
Like a flower
And put my hand to
Everything I planned to
Fulfil my grand design
See all my stars align

This is the moment
My final test
Destiny beckoned
I never reckoned
Second best

I won't look down
I must not fall
This is the moment
The sweetest moment of them all

This is the moment
Damn all the odds
This day or never
I'll sit forever with the gods
When I look back
I will recall
Moment for moment
This was the moment
The greatest moment of them all!
Just sharing info, no hidden cryptic message here ...*wink* *wink*

Valen Goh

What do you get when you mix Valentine's Day with Chap Goh Meh? The fellas back in my Penang church coin a new name- VALEN GOH.

Valentine's Day

So let's start with Valentine's Day. For a change, there was no candle light dinner for two. No roses or stuffed idiots toys. I had 2 & a half classes at Menara Axis (half a class pumping with leng lui). So by the time I finished the classes, it was already 8.35pm. I had initially booked the buffet dinner at Armada but I bluffed gf that it was too late to eat a valentine dinner. Then gf suggested that she cooked at her place. Since she was so into it, I just cancelled the booking and we ate at her place instead:)

It was almost like a restaurant dinner minus the candle light. We had soup, main dish, sparkling juice and dessert. Appreciate the effort of gf to make it a cheap cost-effective and memorable dinner.

After dinner, the parents came out of their room for supper. Her sis also came back at about the same time. So we went upstair to do the most important thing of the day.. GIFTS EXCHANGE! So here's what I got from gf...

She got the right brand too! So what did I get her? Well, if you know me, I'm not that sort of person that would blow my horn here, even though this IS my blog and by right it should be about ME. So just head over gf's blog and I'm sure she'll be sharing her side of the story.

Chap Goh Meh

I was invited to dine with gf's family. No firecrackers, no oranges- they were having steamboat. Introducing gf's parents...

There were loads of food prepared, including 6 big juicy prawns... which only gf and dad ate.

Thanks to the air con, it wasn't too hot.

I didn't stay long after the dinner was over, coz I had to go home to do housekeeping before OCD's return the next day(he had followed me to Ipoh on Friday to meet his customers, and then followed my nephew who was in Ipoh also back to Penang).

Come get me

Come get me, come get me
I'm waiting here
Come get me, come get me
I'm always near
The time is right
The moment has come
Forget the past
As I run into your arms

Come get me, come get me
I've put on my gear
Come get me, come get me
I'm all ears
The end of a day
Marks the beginning of another
Put your hands in mine
And let's make the journey together

Some observations made in Ipoh

....................................................................................................................
Happy Valentine's Day to all... now go help the Malaysian economy and buy something for that someone.
....................................................................................................................

When you go to the police station, please note that smoking is not allowed in the office.

Unless you're on duty.

Toilets in the police stations are well maintained. Syabas!

Despite having a VERY bad experience with it as an employer, Giordano still gives good customer service.

The same cannot be said of my baby PDI.(Together with about 15 people, we opened PDI outlets throughout Malaysia in 1999) I walked in and out without anyone acknowledging me. What's worse, there were 2 sales assistants chatting in the middle of the outlet.

Colonel Sanders has a serious problem. I wonder if they're also finger-lickin' good?

Please release me

....................................................................................................................
My sister is featured in the Star today- check out the Biz section "Looi adapts well to work culture in China". The online link is here.
....................................................................................................................

We've been together for more than 3 years and, it's been a great ride with you. We have worked and played hard together, and some things we did were pretty memorable. I appreciate that you have been supporting me financially all this while, but the truth is I no longer feel the same for you anymore.

Probably you have noticed that since I moved to KL, I have not been the same. The more I think of it, the more I feel that you and I are not really suited for each other. You deserve someone who's really commited to what you believe in.

If you must know, I've found someone else. In fact I've been seeing her since 2003, but at that time we were just acquaintances. But the more I spend my time with her, the more I realize she's what I've been looking for all this while.

I'm sorry if this decision disappoints you but this is a decision I must make.

Oh please release me, let me go
For I just don’t love you anymore
To waste our lives would be a sin
Release me and let me love again

I have found a new love dear
And I will always want her near
Her lips are warm while yours are cold
Oh release me, my darling let me go

Please release me, let me go
For I just don’t love you anymore
To waste our lives would be a sin
Release me and let me love again

Let me go, oh release me, my darling
Let me go

Final CNY Review: Lies and lunch

....................................................................................................................
This will be the final CNY posting as there are a couple of back-log entries from last week.
....................................................................................................................

She said she was going to Melaka with her sister and best friend. At the end, I found out that she had lied to me. Read about it here. How can I ever trust her again?

Nevertheless, it was a sweet thing for to do that and I appreciate the effort to surpise me- if only they were slyer. I was taking the escalator down in Island Plaza and as I reached the ground floor, I suddenly saw these 3 ladies running around, only for me to realise who they were (ladies+sandals+running= unnecessary attention). I wasn't wearing my glasses and had they quietly walked away I probably wouldn't have spotted them. Try harder, girls!

I will remember this deception and vengence will be mine.... muahahahahahaha!

Friday 3 Feb the family was invited by my aunt to have lunch at Penang Club.

It's kinda old and small but still it's highly exclusive like the Penang Swimming Club. I think it was established by the British about 100 years ago. Even now they still maintain the same dress code for the men: collar shirt, shoes, long pants/short pants with knee length socks, though the only person I've seen wearing the short pants and socks in the club was my late uncle.

It is sort of an annual gathering for us there since we don't go there unless my aunt brings us in- the only membership I have is the Penang Chinese Swimming Club, which doesn't mean much.

We were the first to arrive so we helped ourselves to the food-lah. Here we see OCD at work.

Nice presentation I must say.

Here You can have a good view of the sea. I can imagine how scary it is to see the Tsunami coming in Dec 04...

Food this time round wasn't good- I think they have changed the caterers.

It's been nice to be able to return home for 10 days- not likely to happen again this year.

CNY Review: Things I did during CNY

....................................................................................................................
Mom was supposed to come to KL with eldest bro yesterday, but right before they left Penang, she experienced dizziness, nausea and cold sweat. Upon inspection, the iridologist said that mom had a mild stroke.

She was admitted to the Lam Wah Ee Hospital and the brain scan confirmed the mild stroke. She'll be going for angiogram today.

Update:
The angiogram show a slight blocked artery, but nothing medication can't deal with. Her blood pressure and blood sugar level have since dropped to normal. All praise and glory to God and thanks to all church members and friends who prayed for her.
....................................................................................................................

Tried the other Penang Road cendol

As you can see, the one of the left always has more customers because it's supposed to be better. After blogging about it in November, a couple of readers pointed out that the other one is good too. So I decided to give him a chance this time.

My verdict? Yup, EQUALLY GOOD. It's a pity that this stall is not getting as much publicity though. Look at the difference of the crowd:

Catching up with friends

Basically there were 3 types of catching-up's:

group therapy

Those that fall into this category are people like Willie,Danny, Leslie, Wilson, Yao Hua, Serene, Angeline, Jocelyn, Xe Hui, etc. We gathered for a pot-bless dinner/casino, a birthday gathering, and a Fearless movie night. Didn't get to do much but having group activities sort of save a lot of time.

I also had the opportunity to have dinner with some Fitness First Island Plaza members on Saturday 4 Feb organized by Esmond and Eliza. Another fellow instructor Paul was there. Esmond is recovering from an operation and is itching to get back to gym.

1-on-1

Wei Kheng came back from London. So we managed to meet up on Thursday. It's amazing within a short span of 2 hours, we could go from Baskin-Robbins, to Maxim, and finally to 1-Stop Midlands shopping for DVDs. Haven't spoken to her for a long time but it was fun talking about the good ol' times. Bon voyage BB!

(wanted to post her pic from friendster but decided not to so without her permission)

1-on-1 that turned into group therapy

This is odd. Not that I had planned it but because of circumstances beyond our control, I'm quite acquianted with Jenc's family.

I picked her up from her home for dinner and later went back to claim back some cash visit her mom. When her brother Andy joined in, the conversation quickly switched to gym stuff since he's quite a gym person too. I think Jenc and mom felt a bit left out... got or not?

Jenc's other brother Cajun was there too...

There are a couple of people I was hoping to meet with but unfortunately couldn't...

Market survey

Since I had plenty of time to spare, I had a look at the gym that opened recently. Just walked in and asked to see the coordinator whom I've known from his FF days. Quiet spacious but quite quiet too.

I also went to the copycat FF with "someone's kind assistance"(better not say who lest he/she gets into trouble). Managed to attend BODYPUMP® and BODYCOMBAT®. It must have been the CNY blue as I found myself the only person shouting in the class most of the time.

Peanut soup

Known as "thor tao jin t'ng", I almost forgot about it till Friday night. It's kinda hard to find thor tao jin t'ng stalls nowadays. I only know of 4 stalls: Perak Lane, Kimberly Street(afternoon- dunno still there or not), and 2 in Ayer Itam(one at the roundabout, the other at Reservoir Garden corner kopitiam). Of the 2, I prefer the standalone stall.

When I saw the stall was operating, I was so glad. But, I was disappointed when he told me it was finished. Shouldn't have waited till 11.30pm!!!

The next day I was dining with the FF buddies so I asked my nephew Daryl to buy 3 packets for me and he didn't disappoint me.

Yum-yum!

Visit dad

It's been more than 3 years since he went home...

CNY review: First Day

Guess where I went early in the morning?

Even though it's the first day of CNY, it's still a Sunday and church service was on. This is my home church in Penang- Penang Christian Centre(PCC) or sometimes known as "pom chak chak"(think waltz). Normally the church has a Sat service at 7.30pm and Sunday service at 10am. Because of CNY, the Sat service was cancelled while the Sunday service started 1 hour early at 9am. Thanks to Lye Ean who smsed me the day before, I knew of the time change. However, there were a few people who came in halfway while the sermon was on.

I sat next to Willie and Danny(the Chen bros).

I didn't linger after the service. The guys/gals decided to watch Fearless at night so confirmed my attendance before heading home. Dunno if family decided to suddenly go out early to hunt for ang pow visit our loved ones, so better be safe. Well, everyone was still at home when I reached. There was a cousin and his family visiting. Eldest bro and his family were here also. Sister didn't come back from Shanghai this time- she'll be back only in March after her meeting in Bangkok.

By the way, this is how I looked on the first day.

There were more people at our place after that. My uncle from Brisbane brought 2 of his 6 children back this time.

Mom wore a nice blue mandarin collar blouse- come to think of it, I don't recall her ever wearing red for CNY. Maybe when she was younger, perhaps.

After much delay, the hunting finally started around 1pm. Only managed to visit 4 houses this time. Gone are the days where we visit our relatives for the full 3 days. Too many have passed on...

Some of the relatives we paid respect to and they pay us back with their ang pow:

Evening didn't do much at home but slept to prepare for the midnight Fearless.

Quite a lot of people, Serene had bought the tickets in the afternoon. Overall, it was a good movie but the ending was a bit anti-climax.

And that's how the first day went...

CNY review: The journey home

....................................................................................................................
This morning I did a replacement BODYCOMBAT® class at FF Damansara Uptown and as such, I"ll be leaving the office late today. To my DU RPM® regulars, I won't be teaching RPM® today- my apologies.

The CNY review starts today. Since there are loads to blog, I'll probably blog twice a day but remember, most likely everything will be in random order.
....................................................................................................................

Yes, I went back by bus on Saturday morning 28 Jan. Initially I was planning to drive back on Fri night but I found out in the first week of 2006 that OCD was driving home either on 26 or 27 Jan(I had expected him to follow me). So I decided to take public transport instead(safer so the ad says) and managed to buy a sat ticket as all Fri tickets were sold out.

So, there I was by myself at the Duta station after gf dropped me. As expected, the station was full of people.

It's kinda nice to see some locals heading home to Penang with me.

The bus was scheduled to depart at 9.15am but it only came at about 9.20am. Considering that it was CNY eve, I wasn't complaining. So quickly we all put our luggage in the compartment and hopped onto the bus. Eventually the bus left the Duta station around 9.35am.

The journey to the toll was quite smooth, but once we're on the PLUS North-South Highway, it was a different story altogether.

As you may have read about it, that was a massive jam from Damansara toll all the way to the Rawang exit. I couldn't care less coz I had expected it. So I took the opportunity to have nap. By the time I woke up around 11.40am, we were back travelling at a normal pace again. We stopped at the Ipoh exit for a pee break and continued our journey.

The next stop was at the Bukit Gantang pertrol station and the bus driver confirmed my suspicion: no lunch break as we were very late. I only managed to get some fruit juice and snacks from the station(even the buns and bread were sold out). By the time we reached the Penang Sg Nibong station, it was already 4.30pm. KL to Penang in 7 hours- not bad for a CNY journey.

Understandably, I was very hungry. OCD came to fetch me in mom's Sportage. After putting my bags in my room, I took the Sportage out for a CNY wash.

Since there were many vehicles there, I left the 4WD with them and I walked across the road to have my Mee Goreng. This uncle is selling next to the Ayer Itam Maybank. Even though the kopitiam is closed, he's still working hard and business was good that day.

The wonderful thing about staying in Ayer Itam is there are lots of cheap value-for-money hawker food to savour. Within 500 metre from this uncle, there are 2 more Mee Goreng available and I can honestly tell you, all 3 are pretty good. Darn, I'm hungry thinking about it!! I would've gone back more often if it wasn't of my gym commitment....

Ate the food. 4WD was vacuumed and it was back to house(actually a 5-min-walk from car wash). On the way, got the opportunity to see something not common in the Klang Valley.

It was already 6 plus by then. Off we went to eldest bro's place for our steamboat reunion.

I actually forgot to take pic of the dinner! Sheesh....

Back

After 10 days of eating visitng relatives and friends, I reached KL yesterday afternoon.

Nothing exciting happened along the way back, except I had the urge to "do the squat" just as we(OCD and I) were about to leave the island. I thought I could hang on till we reach the R&R before the Juru toll... but unfortunately I couldn't. So I had to clean up before we continued our journey. Thankfully, I had the newspaper to sit on in the car or OCD would go nuts with me s***ing in his car.

Anyhow, I went back and packed my bag for the evening's classes at Menara Summit before going for lunch with gf. After that, I went back to do some vacuuming. OCD came back too for a mahjong session with his buddies(earlier he just dropped me and went to office)-He's surprised to see me helping with the cleaning.

Halfway I got a call from Crystal asking if I could help covering classes in Wisma SPK. I told her that I couldn't because I was teaching in Menara Summit. It was then I discovered that due to some miscommunication, Jeremy had asked Alex and Ping to cover my BODYPUMP® and RPM® classes respectively. So I ended up covering leng lui Janis' BODYPUMP® and BODYCOMBAT® classes instead in Wisma SPK. A change of environment was kinda nice actually since it's been a while I taught there. Incidently, Lionheart was there to pump with me.

Man, really no mood to blog about my 10-day-break lah but I'll try harder tomorrow. Everything will be random though...

Still holidaying...

Thursday 2 Feb... 4 more days before work starts :/

Anyhow, I'm having a great time so far in Penang. Will try to blog the details as much as possible when I get back.

Currently enjoying a cup of Starbucks coffee with Jenc at E-Gate while surfing with nephew's laptop.
